5.30pm-6.05pm Meet and greet in your child’s Learning Studies area
6.05pm-6.10pm Families move to the assembly area
6.10pm – 6.20pm Presentation on LS program by Cat Stone
6.20pm-6.25pm Welcome to 2021 by Governing Council Chair
6.25pm – 6.30pm Welcome to 2021 by Strategic Direction team
6.30pm Governing Council AGM
Students and siblings are very welcome at this event, however it is not necessary for them to attend.
COVID – 19 requirements
- All attendees must be registered to ensure the ASMS can keep a record of attendance numbers for COVID – 19 purposes.
- All adults entering the building must either scan the SA Health QR code or manually sign in legibly with contact details.
- Hand sanitizers are available at points of entry.
- People are asked to keep 1.5m distance from others not in your group.

ASMS Professional Learning services is made available to Department for Education schools at no charge. Independent schools may incur a charge for these services.
The ASMS is located adjacent Carpark 18 of the Sturt Precinct of Flinders University Bedford Park Campus. See Map of Flinders University
Cashless paid parking is available at Flinders University between 9am and 5pm. Short term 2 hour parking is available in Carpark 13 using a credit/debit card using parking machine located in the carpark and day parking in Carpark 18, 16, 20 and 14 by using the CellOPark App only.
